So i just did the legend caliper swap tonight, along with SS brakelines. I bleed the drivers side and everything is fine. I got to the passenger side and bleed it for like 10 mins, still got air in it. I start the car to see if that helps but the brake pedal goes all the way to the floor. After I pump the brakes with the car on I finally get pressure, but if i let out for a second all the pressure goes away. I thought it might be that i had an air bubble to the back brakes, but i bled them too and they were fine. We try the front passenger side again and its still got air in it after trying to bleed the other 3 corners. By the way, i went through a 32oz (big) bottle of brake fluid already. Any advice?
Any leaks?
The master cylinders on our cars fail frequently, and your symptoms sound similar, altough if everything was fine before, it shouldnt have failed mid-repair.
no leaks, everything was fine except for everything had 150k miles on it, tha why i went for the upgrade, i also thought it could have been the master cylinder, but it worked up until i did thi change. Also, its just this one corner that keeps getting air in it...
yield - i only had the front two lines off (i'm doing the rears tonight) so i figured i'd only need to bleed the front two lines. all the nuts and bolts are as tight as i could get them, i kept tightening them until i couldn't tighten them no more...
I remembered that i didn't have the caliper up the first time i was bleeding, i think that is where my problem is... i'll post up and update this evening
does your car have abs? If so did you ever let the fluid in the resevoir get below minimum or let the resevoir go dry? I had a leak in my system after doing the NSX caliper swap and after sitting for a couple weeks it go to low. I had to take it to the Honda dealer and have them bleed the abs system. Luckily they are just down the street from where the car was so I just e-braked it over there. If you don't have abs then I dunno.

You have the right to free speech, as long as your not dumb enough to actually try it.
its possible that your ABS system is full of air. You might wait to take it to a Honda dealer or specialist so they can use a power bleeder to flush the system out.
Other than that, you might have a small leak in one of your lines on the RF side since that seems to be where the problem is isolated. I would recheck all of your lines that you installed to make sure. To limit the possibility of a bad caliper you could temporarily reinstall the brake line to your old caliper and see if you can successfully bleed that one.
Good luck

There is a specific order, I'll see if I can find it when I get home tonight.

i put the caliper in the air and tried to bleed it that way, then one of the pistons started shooting out fluid, and then fell out... what a great day, this 4 hour brake job turned into 3 days...
