There are two clips that hold the seat part that you sit on. They are more towards the side. If you lift on the lower cushion you can see what I am talking about. You pull the little clip and the lower seat cushion comes out. Then the rear part where your back is has two screws that hold it in place. You have to lift up to get it to come out. I would only take out the drivers side cause you can fold the passenger side down and get to the center console from there. Getting it to come off just takes some tugs. There are plastic clips holding it on if I remember correctly. Take a look. Shouldn't take more than 10 minutes.

And a tip is once you find the clips on the lower seats, push down directly over them. It makes releasing the clips much easier.

I have always pulled back on the lower part to get to the two 10mm bolts that hold on the top piece and I removed that. Then the bottom part just lifts out.

Huh I'm talking about the clips on the lower halves of the rear seats. They're located on the front, two per side.
