IIRC and it's been a while since I've done this. There is one where the door opening lever is, one in the handle you use to pull the door closed, and one in the front jamb area (where the panel butts up against the dash). Then there are clips that help hold it in place just start pulling away from the door starting at the bottom of the panel and go all the way around it. Then just lift up and it should come off.

i believe the "ones" he is referring to are screws; 4 total. One behind the inner release handle, one on the front of panel, top, one on the rear of panel, bottom, and one down in the little "cup pull" that you use to pull the door shut.
Then, remove the surround around the inner release (clips, just pops loose), be carefully not to break, start toward the rear and massage it out. Then unplug the controls and remove that piece.
Then, pop off the triangle piece that covers the wires that go out to the mirror.
Then, pop the door panel loose, starting on the bottom, a sharp tug out will get it started. Once its loose, just lift it up and off (hint: have the windows down when doing this, and especially when reinstalling)

Good luck
