help...doing a radiator swap. Any advice appreciated...

Hey how's it going guys......I'm gonna be swapping out my cracked radiator and was wondering if there is anything I should be aware of. I know I need to drain the coolant, but the Chilton's maunal sucks at explaining where the drain bolt is. Can some body point me in the right direction? Any other advice would be greatly appreciated too. Thanks guys.

It is on the right hand side of the radiator. It is about 6 inches
from the right and 2inches or so from the bottom. I ended up using a open end wrench to get it off!!! It is a ***** to get off
Mine was anyway
goodluck

I always that the drain bolt was on the bottom of the radiator. The radiator I currently have, has a wing nut style drain where you just turn it a couple of times and coolant will start to drain out.

it's usually a wing nut at the bottom of the radiator in the center of the car. there's a cutout in the splash guard so you can access it.

Hey thanks guys, I did find that winged nut on the bottom of the radiator. Of course, that was after I pulled it out already. Good thing most of the coolant had already leaked out. Anyways, thanks for the help guys....
