i got a CAI off ebay for 40 bucks shipped, and its great. I think there's still more from the company I got it from, direct imports i believe. Check it out, it sounds great and at high rpm's it pulls a little stronger. I don't think it's worth dropping 200 on an AEM, but that's just my opinion
I had a generic CAI and it was very nice, But I wanted to see if the "name brand" was worth it so I bought an Iceman and it feels the same to me I should have saved the money for something else. JMO.
My friend bought a weapon R for his CRX and my brother bought some generic intake for his CRX. We have tested and even with the cheap filter there is really no difference. The wieght is the same, they sound the same, and besides the weapon R filter they look the same. So I would go with some cheap one unless your into dumping money into your car for a name.
When i was shopping around for mine i ran across www.import-store.com and they had some awesome prices on some stuff and also had a few generic CAI's for cheap. check them out. The owner has a gorgeous 4g Prelude btw
i thought i was the only person with a ghetto intake the cheap ones may not fit as well as the AEm but mine fit ok i bought a cheap one. i have a CAI and if i had the chice i would get a ram air, im a pussy whe it comes to rain and puddles and stuff like that.
