well it was used means that it should have the holes already for where it attaches to the front correct? So just take off the old bumper there are screws under the headlights. in the center and on the sides

You guys really need to use the search function. This was in the FAQ section and I gave some instruction to Klee before he attempted to do this.

You do not need to remove the screws and tabs under the headlights. You will remove the bumper cover and metal rebar at the same time. Once you do this you will be left with rebar attached to the bumper and you will see EXACTLY what you have to do to remove the rebar from the bumper. With the stock bumper off you can use it as a template to predrill all the holes necessary to mount the new bumper.

I have heard that the combat bumper will require you to trim the sides off the metal rebar in order for it to fit under the bumper. I'm not a fan of this because it decreases your safety but you have to do it since you have the bumper already. PLEASE DO NOT JUST DISCARD IT AND CHOOSE NOT TO PUT IT ON (something is better than nothing).

When everything is lined up right you are going to attach the metal rebar onto the bumper and istall it all as one piece just like you took it off.

Here is the thread with pics:

Good luck.
