HELP ASAP! foglights

ok so I installed my fog lights and my headlights tonight, before I went out and i have a slight problem with the foggies...

The switch light only comes on if the headlights are on (whether its in the on or off position) and the fog lights aren't coming on a all...no matter how I have the headlights or switch.

The fogs I got were from japan I believe, b/c the white connector that was in my car didnt fit to the switch that came with my fogs. So I cut the white connector off and spliced in the gray connector that came with my switch. This is how I wired it up..

USDM Orange <> JDM Black
USDM red/yellow <> JDM red/yellow
USDM red/green <> JDM red/black

Where did I go wrong...please help ASAP! my car is in a FEW pieces in the garage and the parents will be home tomorrow.

T

If I'm not on and you can help me...please call me (913) 980-2450.

update:

I switched out some of the wires...

USDM red/yellow <> JDM red/black
USDM red/green <> JDM red/yellow

now the light goes on only when the headlights are on and while the switch is on...so that part is fixed. BUT...When I go to turn on the foglights the relay clicks and the foglights dont turn on. Andy (Clifford) said that the bulbs are burnt out...before I go buy new bulbs, can anyone else vouch for that? I'm thinking it might be the wrong relay or something, I'm not sure. The relay that I have is part # RC-2201 (I think...or ~07T).
