HELP 94 vtech

So i am a big honda motorcycle fan...i recently switched jobs to a city that required me to drive a while so i decided i needed something reliable for the commute but not too expensive so i didnt mind putting on the miles so while i was digging around i found this 94 vtech prelude. The car runs perfectly but it was obviously owned by a kid who didnt care about it.

So i need a bunch of parts to restore it and some advice because price is a concern but i also cant stand seeing a honda beat up looking like this. Mechanically the car is completely sound, but the body and interior are rough. There is some rusting on both the quarters (BTW which seemed odd to be because the undercarriage looks super clean...i was shocked that the quarters were as bad as they are in the front of the rear wheel wells...maybe it had been repaired before?? or is this common)....so i checked out the OEM honda prices on the quarters and they were too pricey and just not an option...i live in minnesota and i cant source anything from a scrap yard locally.

Both front fenders were damaged...the hood is banged up and there is some rust on the sunroof.

Also, both bumpers and the trim was removed for some unknown reason.

So as you can see...there are a lot of body issues here...i would like to knock out the parts as cheap as possible so i can spend the money on paint...one of the options i was considering was a body kit (i know it seems rice)...but i was wondering if anyone had ever had any experience with a body kit manufacturer that produced a quality part...i am looking for something tasteful, classy...oem just doesnt do it but 99 percent of body kits look like too much...

anyways...im just hoping for some advice, tips, maybe help pointing in the right direction...i would love to put this back together and make it nice!

also the window wiper switch was toasted, the blower motor is toasted, half of the climate control doesnt light up and the power antenna doesnt work...lol...i know it sounds like a lot, but i really think i could salvage her reasonably if i put the money into her smartly...i have connections for paint and body help, but he told me "get me all the parts and we can knock her out in a weekend" so i have to get the parts lined up

I am looking for 1/4 panels too. Your best bet is to find someone with a "parts car" to cut out eh 1/4 panels and mail them to you. The wiper switch can be found on ebay for fairly cheap. the switches on accords, civics are the same for the 90's I think. The climate control doesnt have to light up to work, but its annoying if it doesnt. The blower motor you may be able to get from an accord. the junkyard close to me has many accords and 0 preludes

thanks for the reply...i guess im just going to have to look like a mofo then...time is an issue though but i refuse to buy quarters at new prices....might have to get out the hold hammer and shape some steel myself...the sections in question are not particularly large
