ok i have searched and i havent found anyone with this problem,

my heater wont work, the blower works fine, but the valve under the intake manifold is stuck, in reading other peoples threads i have narrowed it down to that being my problem.....
now the bigger problem is that i cant budge the valve , its starting to get pretty cold here in WV , and i need my heat, anyone else had this problem??

when i made the jdm cc... i decide to flush the water hoses... and noticed that problem... also the heater had some dirt too...

i you had the valve closed... probably the clogg will be at the valve... as in mine

with patience try to remove one of the hoses connected to the valve, and remove the long one from the thermostat or some place near there...

for removing them try to use a flat screw driver... because of the heat of the engine they got very dificult to remove them by sumply pulling or pushing them... also the area there is limited...

i dont recommend to remove the heater just to flush it... as it will be a real pain in the...
