Headlights turn off after 20mins of driving?

My 1993 Honda Prelude Si headlights constantly turn off after20mins of driving? But when idle they stay on for hours.
How can i check what they problem could be?

Would it be the Headlight combo switch? Light relay fuse under the hood?
Every thing else works fine.

I had a simular problem and it turned out that my light relay fuse was loose, all I did wash push it into place and my problem was fixed. Check that relay under the hood, easiest thing to do is to replace it with another know good relay and see if it fixes the problem. If it doesn't then your problem is else where, it might be a loose connection somewhere.

Good Luck
