I currently have JDM headlights and it came with some blemishes and some scratches. So I decided to wet sand the headlights down and wipe them with alcohol. First I used 600 grit Wet Sand Paper with some water, then 1500 Grit wet sand paper to finish off any remaining blemishes. I wiped it down with Rubbing Alcohol and then used a spray clear coat. For some reason its not clear like it was before and somewhat kinda blurry looking. ANY HELP?~?~ I HATE THE LOOK NOW!!

Well i dont thing you should have used the rubbing alchohol, I bleeive that will leave it streaky.
