I believe the whole flange is different. I may be wrong though. When I bought my Greddy, the invoice said SI(I have VTEC) so I am a little curious too. I think I've seen the ? asked before, don't remember the answer. I know the exhaust has to be customized between the 2.

A header from an Si will not fit on a VTEC. Not sure about the O2 sensors ( I wouldn't take a chance, use the correct parts ).
