Header oh so clean!

Just polished my header with some 2000grit paper and some mother's mag and aluminum polish.

btw, look at the head, that's with 101k on it.. gotta love mobil 1 full synthetic!

oh, btw, does anyone know where the best place to buy some new seals? i need a new valve cover gasket, the seals that go where the plugs are, and the seals that you put under the nuts that hold the valve cover on.
thanks

Did you leave the header in the car to do it?? Also, did you use a DA or electric buffer/polisher or do it all by hand??? Mines starting to look pretty nasty

Don't buy it from your local dealer - buy it online from www.hondaautomotiveparts.com or www.slhonda.com

Why are you replacing it, are the seals and gasket in bad shape?

i had discount auto parts seals, and my car was droppin oil pretty much eveywhere i went. i went to honda and got all seals from them with a valve cover gasket, totaling about 55$. Oil pan has been so fresh and so clean since, no more dropppin oil on peoples drive ways nor in my garage, so i say get em at honda!

it was pretty bad, but not horrible. there were some spots that almost looked like rust that i had to work at for a bit.
