header installation

hello ladies and gentlemen. ya see.... i jsut got dc headers for my lude, cuz i done gone had a stinking exhaust leak. ya mean? ha... so anyways i worked on it, up on ramps and junks for like a straight...uh... probably 10hrs. i cant get the dang stock parts off... the bolts are rusted on there. i tried WD40 and i even cut the bolts that were between downpipe and cat. now, since i did that and still cant get it off... ive been rolling around with an even bigger hole and the cops dont enjoy the sound (even tho it sounds like a racer). also the ones between stock manifold and down pipe i cant get cuz with all the extensions i lose torque. what you all think i should do? anyone else have this problem because i really really really really need to get the headers on. ok, thanks.

Take it to an exhaust shop if you don't have air tools.

Get some muscles.

Try buying some liquid wrench, it works better than WD40. Spray some on, hit the bolts with a wrench a few times, then let it sit for a few minutes and they should be a tad easier. Use a breaker bar if you have to.

just get a breaker bar and brute force. thats what it took for me.

it'll cost you about 150 bux to have it put on at a shop. and sounding like a racer sucks... =] what part of va are you in?

I just used WD40 and a socket, and a wrench for where it meets the cat.
