I just installed a DC sports catback, and already have a CAI. I was wondering about what type of gains I could get with a header, if it's worth it, and where in the Rpm range it would be most noticable. Also, are they hard to install?? Thanks for the help

you will probably gain 1 or 2 hp with that crap header. but when thats the only one you can get, your choices are limited. sucks.

Not too hard to install. Do a search, there's plenty of advice for header installation around.

As to what you'd gain, I dunno. Never seen an S with a dyno.
