Header fudged up?

I was coming out of work today and I hit a pot hole. I was only going about 5 mph and I heard it.....sssscccrraaappppeee! My car isn't that low...only a 1.5" drop or so. I checked under the car and there is a dent on the downpipe. It's not too bad but I noticed it. Will this affect the performance of my exhaust or the car overall?

it shouldnt be to bad on your car. a couple of my friends have their cars lowered 2.5-3", they hit things all the time and their car still seems to run fine.

Damn! I know the header will work fine. I'm just worried about having restricted airflow through the header downpipe because of the dent. I don't know...maybe I'm just being paranoid but I want to be able to get as much power out of it as possible for when I take it to get dyno'd.

yea i did the same thing like a month ago. I was fixing a header bolt and noticed a big dent in my downpipe. It made me MAD but i dont think it will affect performance.
