As for suspension, how much do you want to spend, how close do you want your ride to stock. how much do you want it lowerd. Do you want adjustablility? Those are all important questiosn to answere. I have been on neuspeed springs, on every prelude i have owned. You can get them for like 150$ brand new, and it has a nice drop.

the Fuji header is $580 from PPP, not bad for what I've seen/heard about it, and Fujitsubo products are very well made. Too bad one wasn't available for the last SMSP dyno comparo, I really wanted to see how it would do against the others. Lol, the Legalis R on the other hand is a pricey catback, but once again, of quality construction and all stainless. There have been many exhaust threads on PO, I think I authored one here or on honda-acura.net which turned out to be a very long "I like my exhaust" "well I like my exhaust" thread, no one really hated what they picked. Since you're looking for something quiet though, I'd definitely recommend the RS*R, I have one, and, well, I like my exhaust!
