head gasket change difficulty?

hey guys, well i need to get my head gasket changed and wanted to do it myself. I was wondering the difficulty of this job....any sight would be helpful

not much with engine work...besides oil changes and whatnot, all my body work ive done myself....but that doesnt really count

Its not really too hard. You may want someone to help you pick upi the head and put it on.

You will need a torque wrench and a breaker bar for those head bolts.

...And the cams will have to come out to get to those head bolts...

I just pulled the head off my h23 vtec and it took like 3 hours to do, so then I would saylike 4 or 5 to put it all back in. Its alot of work if you are not too familier with engines
