The hated altezzas on a silver lude - Honda Prelude Forum

I've been saying this for awhile, and now I know how to post pics, so I can show you guys what this looks like. I know that a lot of you don't like the altezzas, and I agree that they look like **** on a lot of cars. I've seen them on black and red ludes, and they look terrible. I do think though, that they look the best on a silver car, no matter what it is. I'm not just saying that becasue they're on my car and I'm a wee bit biased.

Anyone agree that they do look good on my car?

I also have a silver lude and want altezzas, are those the chrome cuz they look damn sweet. I was thinkin about the carbon fiber for like a contrasting look but that really looks clean.

altezza only looks good on light color car like white and silver, looks bad on dark color car like dark blue or black

Billlybob, they are chrome, and thanks everyone else for the compliments. They do look good on the white lude as well, I think. I've got like 4 or 5 pics of the ass-end of my car, cuz it just looks so good.

The best part about the ass of my car is that it's all the rednecks see when I leave them sitting.

HiHo, I'm glad I could convince you to buy the tails. I was lucky in that they were already on the car when I bought it. Saved me a lot of trouble and wondering what they would look like. All I've got to worry about now as far as the exterior is the kit that I want, and getting the dents fixed.

Prelude1215, I sincerely hope you were kidding, cuz how could anyone not think that it looks good? If you really don't like it, that's your opinion, and doesn't bother me in the least.

I like it, and that's all that matters. I'm proud of my car.

chrome=good on light colored cars
CF=good on black cars all other color cars, i really dont like altezzas on them

nothing new, I really really really really want those new altezzas thay are making, they are bf or black and have this riveted ring around the light itself ........so far I know they only make then for the RSX though

Some people have preferences...But the clearing the turn signal on the tail light is the best look...

sorry I really don't like the altezzas on any car other than the Altezza...or the IS300 as the US calls it...HOWEVER...if I had to choose, the altezzas look the best on the silver color preludes

I just won some tails on ebay and will give them to preludeguy27 to clear for me...

I love the cleared stock tail look the most personally...
