TONS of people have 4g's with JDM H22a's, they are as common as dirt around here. Typically, a 4th gen with such a motor will run high 14's or so when stock, and mid-to-low 14's with decent bolt-ons. There is one person claiming high 13 second passes on a internally-stock motor, but that is a REAL outlier in terms of the "average" times. This topic has been discussed at length, try using the search feature. . .
do you guys ever run octane booster with your h22? maybe like just when you are gonna race or something? i wonder if we can really take advantage of the higher compression jdm motor with our 93 octane gas...

dont try running 87 octane and being a cheap ass, it sucks...trust me i learned the hard way. I'm hoping thats my CEL light and hesitation problem, oh well, i have to wait until next semester to take car of it.

WELL i run around 15 right now. But im estimating a huge improvment in times after a few quick mods. Im still running the stock SOHC exaust. But a 15 really isnt that shabby. I think i could run in the 14's once i learn to launch it correctly. Ohh and a vtec controller would make my launches much easier.
