Has anyone here done the JDM rear wiper conversion?

I was searching around on ebay trying to find rare JDM treasures and I came across the JDM rear wiper with motor, new steering column controls and wiring and I'm wondering if anyone here has put one of these on a USDM prelude? I'm mostly wondering cause I believe that drilling a hole in the rear window is needed for this and I'm trying to see if its worth it to have something this 'unique'.

I would do it. Drilling the hole in the glass is the hardest part....and risky

Yeah, they make drill bits for glass but its still a scary thing to attempt. I think it would be a nice JDM touch since no one seems to have done it and the other day when it was raining I realized that the car could really benefit form it.

I believe the rear windshield is tempered so drilling in it in any form would more than likely result in it shattering. You need the actual jdm rear windshield. Prove me wrong tho, haha. I've been wondering this forever.

Also remember, if you use the jdm steering column controls your blinker controls is going to be on the right while your windshield wiper stuff will be on the left. I have always wandered if a usdm integra controls could be made to fit for a rear wiper that way it would be correct.

I'm sure it could be if you knew, or could figure out the pinouts.. a good wiring diagram is helpful.
