Hard start

This just started about a week ago and usually on very cold days.
When I try starting the car, it tends to want to start, but it does not fully turn over.
I need some opinions and to me it sounds like fuel related. I have listed to be fuel pump getting primed and the fuel relay getting primed but I am not getting that ..vroooooom... sound

If your car is not turning over with confidence, its probably the starter or battery. Since you said this happened only recently on cold days, I would venture to guess your battery could use a charge, or maybe a replacement soon.

Exactly how cold was it?

Okay....I just checked the temp and it is 14 degrees but feels like 6 degrees least to say it is cold.
It is not my battery cause the battery is new and neither is it my starter because I drove the car after leaving it for 5 hours.
It only happens when I let the car sit for about 8 hours in this stupid cold.
So, since the car started, that rules out the battery, starter, alternator but fuel related.

Any assistance.

I am using premium fuel and it did it again this morning but started after I kept at it.
I guess I will try to change the fuel filter and see if it works

Maybe check your sparks too... just take them out and have a look, maybe scrape off the carbon .. see if that helps any. Its an easy free mod and good maintenance, might as well.
