Hanging IDLE!?!?!
Okay so, ive had this problem for ahwile, searched evrywhere and it seems like im the only person to ever have this problem. While i was replacing my clutch and flywheel (exedy stage 1, and 11lb flywheel), i pull off the top of my throttle body because my idle was fluctuating between 700 and 1500 rpm, I cleaned the throttle body, FITV, and IACV. my fitv was just so i blocked it off with a home made gasket, and bolted it back on. all of my vacuum hoses are correct, and everything is tight. When my IACV is plugged in, and the car is in motion itll idle at 3000rpm when the clutch is pushed in or the car is in nuetral. with it unplugged it doesnt do that so i replaced my IACV thinking it was that, it does the same thing. i thought maybe the gaskets were bad so i replaced those. Im starting to think it has to do with blacking off the fitv
