h4 bulbs for jdm lights

i just recieved my 2 piece jdm headlights (euro type should i say). i havent installed em yet, i wanna get some blue bulbs for em. the ones that came with the lights are 55 or 60 watts. i was lookin at some, and i didnt know what to get, either 65w, 80w or 100w ? Would it cause any harm with 100 watts ? i ve had problems with my usdm lights, i put 100w bulbs in the low beams and melted a load of plugs...

here are my lights

80 or 100watt h4s may run too hot... Although running 65 and below for blue lights are dark and really bad in the rain.

Do NOT run anything higher than standard...When I had my old lude with JDM headlights , I blew 2 sets of 100w Nokya bulbs and it melted my harness in less than 1 month.

i guess i have to get some bright whites. What about the h1s for the highbeams ? i ve been usin the same 100w bulbs on my stock lights for the highbemas and they are fine, so 100w on h1s would be fine right ?
