okay so i saw two stickers, one by the etching of h22a and it said "m2b4-4003752"
and another on the right side (by belts) "sp13-0000 532 1"

you have the best transmission you could possibly have on an h22
it is the jdm lsd transmission from a 4thgen
when compared to a usdm h22 transmission 1-4 ar shorter for better acceleration and 5th is longer so you get better gas mileage.
you then also have an lsd thrown in there

If you have the tranny you say you have in there you pretty much have the best option.

You can do a RWD conversion so the tranny sits in the center tunnel. No more cables that way.

I think taking a Honda Torneo's AWD tranny and rear diff would take alot less modification and you could retain the H22a. Probably the hardest part though would be getting ahold of all the parts from the Torneo since it's a very rare car.
