i know how it is with findin parts. i have been searchin for parts for the h23 engine for over a year now. I have found that darton makes some good sleeves if you feel like resleaving the block wisco or je pistons are really good choices to decide on.rod would have to say either eagle or crower. cranks are hard to find i think crower might also make one for the 2.3... arp makes good head studs and main studs. je also makes piston rings which i hear are good. AEM or crower cams. valve ,springs and retainers i have no clue. innovative motor mounts. for your transmission use quaife lsd... thats just a list of stuff im lookin into and sorry i have bad punctuation and crap lol. but as far as a 23 build you can almost find everything or in some cases call companies to have them costum make things for you... o and ECU's im lookin at either runnin a piggy back of hondata or runnin a full stand alone AEM still figurin out what i would rather do. RC makes good injectors... you can also look at major dealer like AEM, RC, Skunk2, Crower, or MSD to see if you can have parts made or they have parts for your car. the other good thigs to do is talk to a reliable shop near you to see if they can possibly give you any good ideas. i would but cant find one that deals with honda where im at. good luck and maybe you can help me out too.
