H23a1

I have a H23A1 in my 1993 Si right now and I was wanting to swap it with a JDM H22A. I talked to one of my buddies today about the swap and he wants to purchase the H23A1 from me for his 1992 Accord LX. He wants the tranny, motor, and distributor. Does $1200 sound like too much or too little for this combo? The H23A has only 93k miles on it. The H22A JDM that I was going to buy is $3000 for the motor, distributor, tranny, and something else. I was wanting to get it down so I could almost swap the engnies out for less than $1k without labor stuff. Tell me what you think.

1200 for your engine isn't a bad price. although you can find H22's cheaper than 3000, keep hunting. jdm1.com hondaccord.com jdmhondaparts.com check those out see if the prices aren't a little better.

Selling everything...

I saw the guy that wants my H23A1 at this JCC (Jewish Community Center - I went with a friend) and he said he would buy the motor for $1k but then he said he wanted the tranny and distibutor and then I said I'd have to think about it. I called this place in CA and asked then about the JDM H22A, they said that there were two opions:

Option 1:
$1,700 + $250 shipping
Motot, nothing else

Option 2:
$3,000
Motor, Tranny, ECU, and another wiring harness.

Should I give this guy everything that I have, in other words everything that is inculded in the price of option 2, or should I ask what he wants? He has a 1992 Accord LX, would he need another ECU b/c he is upgrading to a H23A1 from a F23A?
