h23 vtec, Vafc question.

I am doing the h23 vtec on my 4ws prelude. I was wondering if i can keep the same ecu (p14) instead of getting a p13, and use a vafc to contorl the vtec engagement, and rest of the air fuels stuff. OR is it vital that i get a p13.

or you can use a chipped p28 which i did and it made good power? I still have it too, it made more power than my chipped p13.

the problem with the p13 is that if you get a jdm one, wich I don't recommend, you have to spend extra money to get it chipped, because the rev limit is lower than it should be, and you will have a top speed gov.
Get a usdm one, try to find a already chipped one, or buy my p28.

OR even better you can run what I ran, a P28 with Hondata S200.
