h23 VTEC? head swap or engine swap?

WHats up guys. I have a 5th gen lude and was thinking about getting a 4th gen. I dont know anything about the h23 though. What i was wondering is if i get an h23 equipped lude what do i need to do to get VTEC on it. Can i do a simple head swap like on a B-series, or do i need to go with an entire motor swap? Who has done these? WHat issues have you had??? I would appreciate any info/advice you all have on this.

I'm sure you can do either or, but i've heard of only 2 people doing the h23VTEC swap. I hear it's a real pain. Not really sure if it's worth the time or the money. Personally I say go with the H22 b/c of all the extra ponies.
