H23 Rebuild, interchangable parts?

What parts are interchangable between the h22 and h23? Like pistons, rods, cams, gears, valves, valve springs, sleeves, gaskets, manifolds, distro caps, seals, etc. Like what can't i interchange?

Basically

Head: No
Block: Yes

Crank must match rods as well. No H23 crank with H22 rods or vice versa
