A complete change over from hmotorsonline.com is priced at $2199, without shipping and without the LSD ($300). This makes me think that with shipping and the lsd it will be running upwards of 3K, this seems like a lot more then other people have spent, but hmotorsonline.com is what everyone still recommends.

Advice on where I can get a cheaper price? And it is smarter to get the complete changeover if I currently have a h23 5spd SI correct?

Click on my sig link "TotalJDM..." they offer the H22 for 2149, and they have an excellent warranty/return policy, and from people I've talked to, they're one of the better places to buy from as quality-of-product goes. I think I saw somewhere on their site that they will price match, and they're generally willing to help, so check 'em out. Hopefully by the end of this summer I can purchase a JDM 22, and when I do, I'll probably buy from them. Oh yeah, their shipping rates are really cheap too.

I can't imagine hmotors would ship for less, or for the same price for that matter, totaljdm gets some kind of freak deal on shipping because of their volume or something, so considering that's not a to-port or to-hub price, but to whatever location you specify in that zip code, that's not bad. The shipping price is unique too, not a flat rate price. They have two warehouses, so I think that's another reason they can get a better price as well, and even though both are in Canada, they cover the customs processing fee, and ship the engine with a tracking number (which, of course, you can conveniently keep tabs on through their website) and fully insured, not bad eh?
