H23 Hondata style IM gasket

has anyone with an h23 installed their gasket yet?

if so....
how bad was the install?
any noticable differences in power or heat?

dynos would be AWESOME but i know thats asking a lot

i installed them on both my 4th gens.. can't tell you if there is a differance because i never did a before or after test

got no dynos and so i don't know if it made any more power

i installed them when i did my engine swap and so there was a lot more room to take off all the old gasket.. that will be the biggest ich... the old gasket is like caked on there and will no go without a fight

i did it for that piece of mind...hehehe

i did JUST an EGR block plate and the motor feels like it pulls harder from just that. The whole gasket will block more stuff, so yes, it would be very noticeable, i think. mine is still sitting in the basement

i thought that the f22b had the same head as the h23a1 but different block.

I have a guy who makes them...charges $60 Canadian, but he's located in Toronto...I have one now and will do a baseline dyno and then after its installed sometime this summer.
