h23 head f22 block questions

i know its been done and there are already forums on this but there are things im still not sure on. ok so i have 92 si and i am goin to go pick up a f22a1 block. i know to use a f23 head gasket and its a good idea to honda bond one of the sections. what i need to know is if i can just use the h23 ecu that is in my car considering the compression is gonna change. do i need to have it tuned or is it gonna run how it is? i not only want to have something unique. i also am tryin to have a cheap way to get my car runnin again. so if there is any help i would appreciate it

Wouldn't it just have been best to find an old h23?

I see them complete for like $1000. Instead of messing around with miss matched parts that "might" work. I just figure it would be less of a pain.
