Go down to autozone/part store and ask to see a exhaust manifold gasket for both H22 and H23 .. compare them .. maybe buy both if you want and make up a template on where to drill new holes ?

I read in an import tuner a while back there was a 5gen h22 with an H23 header modified (downpipe would need to be extended also to reach the 4gen cat.. ) as far as i know its just bolt pattern
