h23 to h22 conversion

I'm looking at swapping out my 130,000 mi h23 for a jdm h22 with 40,000 mi or less. First off, I have looked for the prices on a jdm h22 and have found none. Do you guys know where I can find some? Second, what does the swap entail? Do I need a new ecu, tranny, sensors, etc...? How much will the whole thing cost and in all honesty is it worth it. I want to keep my 4g prelude for a few years (4-5), so I want a reliable platform to build upon? Let me know what you guys think. Thank you in advance.

ps: I have a 92 si, 5spd

I just did my swap a few months back...lets see if I can answer some questions
I picked up my motor for $3000 CDN from a tuner place in town
The sensors will most likely come with the motor as well as your ECU (H23 makes of afore mentioned items will not work) and *hopefully* work, as long as it doesn't get bumped around too much during shipping
Your Si tranny will hook up no problem. Some people will say go with an H22 tranny, but I have driven both scenarios and much prefer the H23.
Cost depends on how much you can get the motor for, labour for me was free but mechanics charge anywhere from $40 to $60/h for 10-12 hours (you can do the math - I hope... )
It is hella worth it, anyone who says V-TEC isn't doesn't have it and their jealous
Hope that helps, it's just a matter of finding an engine for as cheap as possible, in your city if possible to save on shipping, like I did

here we go again. . .

Any engine swap write-ups?

Some/all 4th gens factory wired for VTEC?

What do you mean "First off, I have looked for the prices on a jdm h22 and have found none. Do you guys know where I can find some"? You must not have looked too hard, because its not that tough to find h22 pricing info. Typically, a complete swap will run you about $2300-2600 plus labor and supplies.
