I finally found where it was thanks to other threads on here. but i can't figure out how to get to that bolt that is holding it in for the life of me. Do i need to take the entire dash off? any tricks? please help!

i had the same problem not to long ago, u don't need to pull the dash out, just move the steering collumn, or pull it out. unless u can get a short socket wrench that swivals.
