H23 FRM sleeves or not?

Okay can anyone out there clear this up for me for sure? I was always under the impression that the H22 had the FRM cylinder sleeves and the H23 had the iron sleeves. Currently in the moving process and all my info relating to the subject is tucked away. Many forums i have looked at most guys are guessing or unsure. Anybody got the cold hard facts from personal expirience? My ride currently has an H22A4 in it but i also have the original complete H22 engine. Going turbo and i wish to use a block that is a closed deck preferably starting with an H23 if it does indeed have iron sleeves. At which point i intend to install an H22 VTEC head on the block. Any solid information is appreciated!

yup it does but if you look hard enough you might be able to find someone that can cryo treat them which would hold good boost without damage
