h23 95 prelude?

hey guys, i was wondering, i can get an h23 i believe prelude si 5 speed for aroun 7,500 with 70,000 miles, should i get this, or try to find a h22, i've been hearing the h23 does pretty good, but i don't want pretty good, i want a quick car....so, which one, and i will be modding, but turbo is a ways off yet...so any input is welcome, thanks...

edit: also, i forgot to look to see if it was the 22 or the 23, so if anyone can tell me anyother ways to tell the difference, greatly appreciated, thanks.

Thats a very decent price for a 95 Si
Well if you wanna go Turbo the Si is a good choice...but if its a ways down the road, the H22 will give you more power for the short term...

thats a pretty good price...if overall condition is good! And yes the H23 does have lots of potential too

the easiet way to tell the difference is just look at the valve cover....the vtec will say "VTEC"....the SI will not. Or just look at the engine block...it will have the engine code on it. Just make sure its not the f22. (i'm not hating on the f22)
