h22a4 type s obd1 swap no spark no start

I have an h22a4 rebuilt inside and out with jdm type s pistons base on helms specifications. motor is completely assembled and cranks like a champ getting 210 compression all accross. The motor is now swapped into my 2000 honda accord sedan. all wires are hooked up, I am using the original accord obd2 harness and everything is wired up. all the way to the point where I have no check engine light. Ive done all that I could and fixed every engine code. The car is ready to turn over. just wont run. Im getting no spark. I have fuel in the chambers because spark plugs come out wet. I hear the fuel pump prime when I turn the key.

The ECU is a p28 chipped ecu with a h22 base map. I have also tried several different maps to see if it was the program that can cause this. still nothing

Checked my main relay and it is like a virgin. still beautiful and everything works perfectly. my main concern is spark. I have search many sites, tried all options, got a new distributor. Im getting 12v into the dizzy, 12v at the dizzy positive terminal on the igniter. I checked all fuses ( underhood fuse box and driver side dash 15a fuse) fuses are great. I wired in the CKP and TDC and the sensor is brand new. I get a pulse from the sensors when cranking. Battery is fully charged. My distributor is also timed at tdc when started. Timing belt is still new and timing is perfect. I have my cover open to see it rotate during cranking, and the rotor on the dizzy is turning also. I triple checked my grounds.

grounded at the driver side engine mount to body, at the valve cover to body, to intake manifold ( G101 on accord is on IM, on prelude is on thermostat housing.) grounded at the transmission housing and to the frame infront of the battery. my grounds are all new also, I went ahead and replaced them all during the swap.

That is all I can think off, Im sure I have missed something. Thanks in advance, im sure this subject is well touched on, Ive read for months but still no luck.

Suck, Bang, Blow. Is all you need and sounds simple but can be a pain. You said you replaced your grounds and triple checked them but I would check again since they were replaced. For giggles I would replace spark plug wires

You know using the OBD2 engine harness in an OBD1 car doesn't work, wire order at the plug to the main harness is different. Also you need to use the ODB1 dizzy.

^This.

mini is right. I assume youre using an OBD1 chipped P28, H22A base map. In order for your car to work. The H22A is ob1, which mean you will need to change out your fuel rail/injectors, they will need a resistor box for it. Also on the H22A4, the ckp sensor is located by the crank pulley I believe. Just hang it somewhere. The obd1 H22A, reads the ckp/tdc/cyp in the distributor.. So you will need obd1 h22a or h23 wire harness. Obd1 dizzy external coil or internal depending on your wire harness if it has external coil plug.
