H22a4 swap probs - Honda Prelude Forum

I recently put an H22a4 with an OBD-1 P13 ecu into my 92 si and I can't get it to start. It is getting fuel and spark but no combustion. I have been told that OBD-1 P13s run 330cc and the injectors on my motor are just
290cc but I don't see that as being the problem. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated...also it did start and run with the H23's ecu (P14 I think), but not very well, it was backfiring and cutting out really bad. Then it just wouldn't run at all.

Check for compression sounds like timing may be off too

Did you change to peak/hold injectors? You can't just drop in saturated injectors and expect it to run.

Did you search on how to install a h22a4 into a h22a1 car?
