h22a1 oil leak

I have a leak on my distributor, like dripping leak. What all do I need to replace?

Since we're kind of playing the guessing game... I'd say cam seal.

its hard to tell biut you def. got something on the tranny side of the motor. I would clean all that gunk and build up off and see where new oil comes out of.

could be cam seal, distributor, vtec solenoid, vc gasket, maybe even a coolant hose, etc.

i snapped these while it was running, soyou can see right where the oil is coming from. it only leaks while running and once its warmed up btw. i just changed the oil so i'll report back if that helped.

notice the messed up part in the upper right in the picture? aka the lower right as it is aplied to the dizzy. so something still tells me i shouldn't have oil in there, but i do know where its coming from now. what should i do now?

ah glad the leak stopped... as far as the tick sound it might be the new rotor button on the contact points???

and don't just willy nilly rotate it left or right. you need to be very careful to line it up exactly how you took the old one off or else you'll need to adjust your timing. maybe thats why its ticking?
