H22a timing belt whine noise problem!

I have a 92 Prelude Si with H22a swap. The timing belt was bad,so I brought the car to a auto shop and replaced a set of manual tensioner, Greddy timing belts and OEM water pump for the engine. When everything done, the car was running pretty good, but after driven few miles, there is whining sound came from the left side of engine.(like supercharge sound lol!) The mechanic helped me align the belt twice, but the sound still came after. He was 100% sure he did align the belt right and told me to drive the car a while and see if the sound will go away by itself..
The wired thing is the car was good after install, but came after driven few miles. Also the sound seems like louder when the engine is fully warm up.
I thought it might be the Greddy belts are stiffer than oem,but now I had driven the car almost 10K miles, the sound still so loud and annoying!
My car still running ok but I never feel safe to drive. I wanna fix it but can't find out the problem! Need some help~ guys.

Belt is more than likely too tight, the manual tensioner wasn't meant for the H22 so the belt is tight even without setting tension.

People say that the h22a belt has 155 teeth and too short for the manual tension kit, it might cause the whine noise. I am going to order the timing belt & balancer belt, which belt should I use? H22a? F22b? or any suggestion?

If you have auto tensioner and the belt is not too tight, it will adjust itself. The sound might go away after driving the car 3k-10k or when the belt get enough rubbing. Or you can adjust the auto tensioner. But mine seem having problem of the part..
