h22a swap - starting issues

ok so here is were I am. Me and two friends swapped a motor from a 96 vtec to my 93 si. we got to the issue of the two cars being different due to the obd1 and the obd2. So to solve our issue we swapped the main harness, and the rear harness that goes to the brake lights, fuel pump ect. When we finally finished, we tried to start the car and it didnt start. we do have 3 plugs that we can find to plug in that are located by the fuse box that is under the steering wheel. The 3 plugs are a yellow one, green one, and a silver one. All the slots in the fuse box are taken. Does anyone have some sort of idea that i keeping the car from starting? If the wiring harness on the engine was wired wrong, would it have an effect too? Has anyone done the swap with similar issues? Also, any ideas on were to get an easier wiring diagram that is more readable (I have the original prelude manual with the confusing wiring diagrams)

Thanks in advanced!

You probably should search in the 5th gen forum for obd2 to obd1 conversions.

It's basically the same.

But seeing as you took the time to try to make the 93 into a 96, it's kind of weird.
