H22A Problem -Only 2 -3 Cylinder geting compression

Heres the deal, at first the engine wouldnt start, got 0 compression and ALL 4 cylinders. Double checked that everything was in TDC (Pulleys, Balancer Pulley, Flywheel). Everything checked pretty well with my eyes. Installed the downpipe I just got (didnt have one when i Tried to start it) and I recharged my battery.

Turned the key, vuala! It cranked up and was running (would run choppy and rough when I let go of throttle) Anyway, Now I ran another Compression test and I got 0 240 240 0 . hmmmmmm ... perhaps I should have cranked it for a bit longer (since the engine hasnt ran for who knows how long), valves bent? 1 and 4 move together so I found it odd it was those two and the other two got compression. And it's also funny that I had 0 compression at first but finally got some.

Also, The RPM Gauges werent moving, could it be because of no compression from 1 and 4?

If I didn't describe something too much, let me know..and I'll also try to get vid of the problem if it keeps up.

Thanks for the help

i would figure if you bent valves that you would at least have crap compression numbers... are you sure there are pistions in those cylinders?

i had the same problem and it turned out that the connector on the fuel injector wasn't properly plugged in. so make sure that everything is ok with the fuel.
