sounds almost like you have the fans hooked up wrong. but that would be too simple of a solution.

Ive replaced the thermo, both fan switches, my radiator and my fans and my car is still over heating. I have a h22a swap as well. So if you figure it out let me know.

Just outta curiosity, but are you running the VTEC radiator? I remember there was a thread here recently about someone's car overheating after swapping in an H22, and it came down to swapping out the radiator because the VTEC radiator is a dual-core and the Si is single.

Sounds like the wiring for the fans isn't correct. I'd go back and check that. Like someone else said, the helms has a test you can go through. If the fans aren't turning on while the car is runing, that is not good. They're suppose to.

i think its because the jdm ecu doesnt control the fans like the usdm ecu does, at least thats my theory from going thru lots of threads about the swaps over heating. Also i think my problem could be the head gasket, cause i check my coolent and i had to add about 2 liters of coolant. How hard is it to get to the head gasket, ive never done it on this engine.

This is a very common problem without a clearcut solution
