The piston rings might be worn out. Or your just drivin around in vtec constantly burning it all up.

Common leak spots are the vtec solenoid o-ring/ filter drys up and becomes brittle with age, Oil pan gasket, Oil Cooler O-Ring. First go and buy 3 cans of engine degreaser from Wal-mart. Spray down the whole engine, Including the back of the engine. Then you can better determine where the leak is. If your not sure, it's a good idea to get new gaskets from honda oem. New Oil pan gasket, New vtec solenoid o-ring seal, Oil Cooler O-ring, Distributer o-ring. Replace all of them and clean the engine spotless. Then check, I replaced all of those on my car. Now it doesn't leak or burn a single drop of oil. The engine runs smoother now. I've always used Supertech full synthetic 10w30, and the supertech 3593a oil filter.
