H22A idles super high, any sugustions?

1992 honda prelude, H22A idles around 2 and a half grand, 3 on a bad day. idle screw is all the way down. someone told me it could be a vacumn leek, but it happened after i replaced my idle air control valve. the shop that did it acted like nothing happened and blew me off. the car runs like a champ other than a really high idle.

did you do a swap recently?

try the TPS (throttle position sensor). it's a black piece held on by two torx screws behind the throttle body (or intake manifold, i forget)

you have to set it the proper voltage so do some searching around here and i'm sure you'll find out exactly how to adjust it. you'll need a voltmeter.
