h22a head swap onto h23
how easy would it be? would it fit on right? all i know is that this is the "accord type r" swap supposedly. i found a h22a head with all internals and a valve cover locally on craigslist for 300. is that good?

Please search, it's a hybrid setup.

Honestly, if you're asking how easy it would be...it's too hard for you. I would just swap in a full h22 at this point.
