H22A, F20B, H23, F22B .... wtf works with what??

So about a year ago my S model motor F22a1 (sohc) took a crap and I didn't have money at the time for something big so I decided on an F22B (dohc non-vtec). I had a DC ceramic header on the F22a1 motor. When the swap was done, all the parts from the F22a1 were used on the F22B; intake mani, ecu, tranny & even the DC header.
Now I've been told that the F22B is the JDM sister of the H23.
With that being said... does this mean that an aftermarket header for an F22a1 that fits an F22B, would also fit an H23? & the other way around as well??
H23 header fit an F22B & F22a1?

I guess as long as the Exhaust ports are the same the same pattern:

F22a1 (sohc, 2.2L non-v) O--O--O--O
F22B (dohc, 2.2L non-v) O--O--O--O
H23?? (dohc, 2.3L non-v) O--O--O--O

As we all know, the F20B motor is now becoming more popular among luders in the states. Prime example, Big Mike's front mag coverage on Honda Tuning. 1992 Honda Prelude Si - Rebirth - Featured Car - Honda Tuning Magazine
This motor altho alil smaller, uses some of the parts from an H22. The header being one of them.

F20B (dohc, 2.0L vtec) O--O-O--O
H22 (dohc, 2.2L vtec) O--O-O--O

So later down the road I might switch to the H22 or the F20B depending on how my money is.... but for now, wtf are my options for the F22B when it comes to a header?

Also.... does this mean that an H23 intake mani will fit an F22a1 motor?
I currently have the F22a1 intake mani on the F22B motor, but i have the f22b intake mani at home & plan to swap it out for more air intake.

Your thoughts on all these motors & the parts that can be interchanged. Thanks!

Ceasar

Personally, I would stick with the mainstream (h22) and be done with it if you want to mod.

If you want buy almost all custom parts, go with other things.
