h22 vtec vs h23 non vtec
im trying to buy a 4th gen prelude i had a 5th gen type sh but my older brother thought he should take it and trade it in for a 2004 4runner. but im over that i really like the 4th gen ones but im looking and the vtec models are more expensive than the non-vtec ones. so basically my question is should i be cheap and get a si h23 non-vtec? or go for the vtec? (i like the vtec ones better) and another i know i sound like a guy who dont know a thing but whats the difference really?
